-Chris Goldberg of PhillyLacrosse.com reported that defenseman Bradley Garcia '17 (Doylestown, PA / Germantown Academy) has verbally committed to play for SB. High school rising junior Bradley Garcia '17 said of SB: “

-StonyBrook.edu also reported on the completion of the Simons Center, which is a six story, 40,000 square foot facility housing an auditorium, lecture halls and seminar rooms

Former SB professor and administrator Jim Simons donated $85M to the University over the course of 2006-2008 to benefit the Math & Physics programs.

First overall pick Kevin Crowley '11 lead the Western Lacrosse Association in scoring in 2010.

-Stephen Stamp of IL Indoor named his Top 50 NLL Rookies, including Kevin Crowley '11 at #1 and Jordan McBride '11 at #16. Stamp said Crowley "

New member of the Colorado Mammoth Jordan McBride '11 has appeared in two Mann Cup Finals with the Salmonbellies and also suits up for for Team Scotland.
