-The 2010 Odd/Even Alumni Game was yet another tremendous success this year. Over 60 alums attended from the Class of 1978 through 2010. The Odd Team won again, and the game was followed by dinner and drinks in the Press Box at LaValle Stadium, where the Alumni watched the Varsity defeat Hartford University 15-12.

Special thanks: to
Rob Emmerich for his efforts every year; to Mike Poch '05 for his assistance; to Jeff Capri '89 and John Dobias '02 for goaltending the entire game; and to Rich Misiano '90 and Dennis Nafte '03 for their attendance and generosity. Play of the Game goes to Marc Opisso '78 of the Even squad for converting a doorstep feed on the crease for a buzzer-beating goal.

-The Salmon Bellies continue to pile up points for SB Lacrosse, with both Kevin Crowley '11 and Jordan McBride '11 leading the country in scoring. Both juniors have been named finalists for the 2010 Tewaaraton Award. http://www.goseawolves.org/sports/m-lacros/spec-rel/041410aaa.html

-The Lacrosse for Autism Doubleheader will feature Northport HS vs Ward Melville HS followed by Vermont University vs SBU at LaValle Stadium on May 1, 2010. Purchase tickets here: http://www.lacrosse4autism.com/events.html

Tom Compitello '11 is the third leading scorer for SB in 2010, totaling 20G and 23A through only ten games.
