-The SB Athletics poll results are in for the Top Moment of 2010, which was awarded to Men's Lacrosse for the NCAA Quarterfinal contest against Virginia. http://www.goseawolves.org/genrel/010511aab.html


-NCAA Champion Magazine published an article on recent construction projects at SB Athletics- including the University Track, The Dubin Family Center, and Joe Nathan Field. See photos here: http://www.goseawolves.org/view.gal?id=82389


Lacrosse will use the turf field at the University Track when complete.


Further, Athletic Director Jim Fiore was quoted in the article, stating that the school’s recent successes have attracted donations, even in a difficult economy. He pointed to an athletics grade-point average that rose from a 2.76 to near a 3.1, a level sustained for the past four years, and the SB's five conference championships in 2009-10 alone.


The latest photos of the construction show that field turf has already been installed. Construction is due to be completed in September 2011.

Kevin Crowley '11 finished second in Tewaaraton Award votes in 2010 and was given the 2010 Enners Award for NCAA Player of the Year.


-Over the next four seasons, SB Football will be adding multiple Division IA (FBS) opponents, including UTEP, Buffalo, Army, and Boston College.
