-Terry Foy of Inside Lacrosse ranked the top 25 freshmen in NCAA Division I, including Challen Rogers '16 at #6 and Brody Eastwood '16 at #16: http://insidelacrosse.com/news/2013/04/17/ncaa-lacrosse-freshman-rankings-april-17

Foy wrote that Challen Rogers '16: "...is a part of Stony Brook's young offense... their good is very good as they boast results like a win over St. John's and taking Yale to overtime."

Freshman goalie Dan Shaughnessy '16 makes a save against UMBC.  Shaughnessy registered twelve saves against Yale.

Freshman defenseman Tom Monzo '16 (left) has appeared in twelve games this year, starting three.  Monzo has scooped up 23 ground balls and caused 8 turnovers so far.
