RECRUITING ROUNDUP (JUN13)

Midfielder Kyle Rowe '17 (center) celebrates the triple-overtime victory against top-ranked Chantilly.  The win propelled Madison to a Northern Section title.



-Jaclynkelli Kronemberg of Top Lax Recruits reported on Massapequa eventually falling in the LI Championship to Ward Melville, the top ranked team in the nation.  Paul Bentz '17 registered one assist in the loss. http://toplaxrecruits.com/long-island-class-a-boys-championship-no-1-ward-melville-rolls-past-massapequa/



In 2013, Paul Bentz '17 lead Massapequa to a 15-3 record, a NY Class A Section 8 title, and a Nassau County title.  Bentz registered 45G, 20A from midfield and was named All County.



-SportsFive covered the NY State Regional Semifinals, including Brandon Maciejewski '18 in cage for Penn Yan against Cazenovia.  Despite making 7 saves, Penn Yan lost 8-7: http://www.sportsfive.net/features/downloads/game_sheets/2013/13_06_05_py_caz.pdf




Brandon Maciejewski '18 finished his junior year with 178 saves and only 85 goals against.  Penn Yan    finished 15-5 and ranked #54 nationally.
