Junior RB Marcus Coker leads the 2012 Seawolves against the #2 Montana State Bobcats this weekend.  The game will be televised on ESPN3.

-Christine Sampson of the Three Village Patch published an article entitled "Rising SBU Athletics Program is no Illusion", citing a study indicating that SB Athletics have improved faster than any program in the country over the last four years

SB Athletics has improved in the Learfield Cup since 2008, going from #269 to #68, ahead of Texas Tech, Ole Miss, Georgia Tech, and others.


The 2011-2012 Seawolves were the top-ranked team in the America East conference and fifth-highest amongst all Football Championship Subdivision schools.

SB Football enters the NCAA Tournament for the second consecutive year.  The at-large berth is the first ever for SB Athletics at the Division I level.

Stamp said Kyle Belton '12 is: "fast... good shot and a constant motor. His performance at the combine Sunday may have boosted his stock. He played well, made smart decisions and showed off his athleticism but played within himself.

He also made some eye-popping passes and scored a few goals with a strong shot that he gets off with a quick release.
