-Chris Goldberg of PhillyLacrosse.com reported that defenseman Bradley Garcia '17 (Doylestown, PA / Germantown Academy) has verbally committed to play for SB. -StonyBrook.edu also reported on the completion of the Simons Center, which is a six story, 40,000 square foot facility housing an auditorium, lecture halls and seminar rooms. Former SB professor and administrator Jim Simons donated $85M to the University over the course of 2006-2008 to benefit the Math & Physics programs.

-Stephen Stamp of IL Indoor named his Top 50 NLL Rookies, including Kevin Crowley '11 at #1 and Jordan McBride '11 at #16. Stamp said Crowley "...has it all. Size, shooting, passing, setting picks, lacrosse IQ... poise, maturity and big-game chutzpah...
