In 2010, Charlie Paar '10 registered the first shutout for SB Lacrosse since the 1999 squad defeated Air Force 7-0 at home.
The victory clinched at least a share of the 2010 AE Regular Season Title and the top seed in the conference tournament with home field advantage. The Seawolves would go on to win the 2010 AE Championship against Albany to qualify for the 2012 NCAA Tournament.

Attackman Tom Compitello '11 registered 5G, 2A in the shutout victory against Albany in 2010.
The 2010 SB starting defense consisted of Chris Gignilliat '10, Mike Sopko '10, and Bryan Reinert '11, anchored by Charlie Paar '10 in cage. At defensive midfield was Steve Waldeck '10, Jared LeVerne '12, and Vonzel Legall '11.
Including this victory, SB Lacrosse went on a 17 regular season game winning streak against America East opponents, extending back to 2009. SB Lacrosse has defeated Albany seven times in a row dating back to 2009.

-Jeff Seidel of the Baltimore Sun referred to the 2010 Albany game while covering the Johns Hopkins shutout victory over Manhattan College, 11-0. The last time SB Lacrosse registered a shutout, it was against Air Force Academy in 1999. Freshman goaltender Jon Dobias '02 registered 12 saves in the contest to preserve the shutout, in only his second start.
SB also shut out Southampton College on March 20, 1990 by a score of 20-0. Four time team MVP Rob Serratore '92 minded the cage to preserve the shut out victory.
