-Inside Lacrosse announced that SB Lacrosse has hired former Colgate assistant coaches Craig Gibson and Andrew Watson to the staff of head coach Jim Nagle. Assistant Coach Craig Gibson lead Springfield College to three consecutive D3 tournaments from 2002-2004, before coaching at Western New England College and then spending five seasons coaching with Nagle at Colgate. You can find Gibson's profile here

Assistant coach Craig Gibson is Springfield's all-time leader among midfielders in career goals (122), assists (66) and points (188).


Assistant coach Andrew Watkins is a Colgate alumnus who captained the Red Raiders in 2008 and 2009. He immediately assumed the role of coaching Colgate's defense in 2010, and lead the program to an 8.13 goals against average, 13th best in the nation. Assistant coach Andrew Watkins captained the Colgate squad to a Patriot League Title and an NCAA berth, before taking the reins as assistant coach.

Jeff Tundo '13 was a standout athlete at Orchard Park HS, appearing in both football and lacrosse state championship games (and winning in football). Tundo won the Tom Borrelli Memorial Award winner for Western NY's best high school lacrosse player and the Connolly Cup as Western NY's most outstanding football player.
